In 2022, the 1st Bola Parda Competition took place and there were 46 contestants. The aim of this competition was to develop this typical delicacy, not only to intensify its production and consequent sales, but also to promote the Municipality of Guarda, reviving the flavours of this gastronomic product with a huge regional impact.
