Morcela da Guarda (typical sausage)

It is made with pork blood and wheat bread and seasoned with onion, salt, parsley, sweet paprika and cumins. The quantity of each ingredient is the secret of the singularity of the final product. Being the first sausage to be made after the slaughter of the pig, all the affection of experienced hands is put into its production, by applying the small secrets passed from generation in generation.
