There are two access spans - one, on the west face, with an arched doorway in the soffit and a round arc in the exterior, topped by a walkway and another, on the south face, with an arc pointed in the soffit and a round arc in the exterior. In the inner angle there is an iron rugged niche consisting in an oratory under the invocation of the Crucified Christ, known as Senhor dos Aflitos.
