The house of Quinta de S. Miguel da Benespera is an emblazoned granite house integrated into a 150-acre agricultural estate on the banks of Ribeira da Teixeira ("Teixeira Stream"). It was built in the 17th century (1649) and expanded in the 19th century (1859). It occupies two sides of an enclosed patio, which is still paved with the original 19th-century granite. This patio is where the other estate houses are also located. With its private garden, it is perfect for agricultural and hunting activities.
